Why this is different

You are not hiring
a freelancer

Anyone can find cheap help on a freelance marketplace and spend the next three months training it. That is not what this is. Four things make the difference, and all four are the reason clients stay.

01

Trained before day one

Every placement completes our sales and AI operations certification before they ever touch your account. You are not paying to train someone. You are paying for someone who is already trained.

02

Equipped with our AI tooling

Our people work inside systems we built. Automated prospect research, call preparation, follow-up sequencing, and reporting. One trained person with our stack outproduces two without it.

03

Managed daily, by us

Daily check-ins, activity tracking, and a weekly report in your inbox. You get the output and the numbers. You do not get another person to manage.

04

Replaced in 48 hours

We keep a trained bench. If a placement is not working, say so and a replacement starts within two business days. No recruiting cycle, no gap in coverage, no awkward conversation.

How it works

From call to working, in a week

01

We scope the seat

Fifteen minutes on the phone. What the person will actually do all day, what tools they need access to, and what success looks like in thirty days.

02

We shortlist from the bench

You get two or three certified candidates with a recorded voice sample and their test scores. You pick. If none of them fit, we go find more.

03

They start, we manage

Onboarding to your systems, daily check-ins on our side, and a weekly activity report to you. Escalations come to us first, not to you.

04

Not working? 48 hours

Tell us and a trained replacement starts within two business days. Month to month, so if you need to stop entirely, you stop. No termination fee, no notice period.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks

What about the time difference? +

Nairobi is seven hours ahead of Eastern time. Our people work your hours, not theirs. For an Atlanta client that means an afternoon-to-late-evening shift in Nairobi, which is normal and expected here. You will never be told someone is unavailable because of the clock.

How good is the English? +

English is an official language of Kenya and the language of instruction in schools. Everyone we place is a fluent English speaker. You do not have to take our word for it: every shortlisted candidate comes with a recorded voice sample so you hear them before you decide.

Is my data secure? +

Every placement signs a confidentiality agreement before receiving any access. We recommend giving access through your own systems with permissions you control and can revoke instantly. If you work in a regulated field, raise it on the call and we will walk through exactly how access would be structured.

Am I locked into a contract? +

No. Month to month, cancel any time, no termination fee and no notice period. If we are doing our job you will not want to leave, and if we are not, you should not have to stay.

Why Kenya? +

Large English-speaking professional workforce, strong education system, reliable connectivity in Nairobi, and a serious existing outsourcing sector. We also have real relationships on the ground, which is the part most staffing companies fake. We know the people we place.

Why not just hire on a freelance site? +

You can, and it will cost less per hour. You will also do the sorting, the interviewing, the training, the managing, and the re-hiring when they disappear. The price difference is the work you are handing to us. If you enjoy that work, hire direct. If you do not, that is what this is for.

Stop doing the work
you should have handed off

Fifteen minutes. We scope the seat, tell you what it would cost, and tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
